Integra DC5, Acura RSX exhaust DC5 Stainless Header (Wrapped version) Stainless Steel (SUS304) header is combined with a special thermal wrapping. The thermal wrap increases exhaust temperatures and velocity, which contributes to higher horsepower and lower engine bay temperatures. 4 (45Ø) -2 (50Ø) structure Weight 4.0kg (vs stock 7.2kg) The DC5 Stainless Steel header significantly increases the horsepower at all engine rev ranges. It is made of light SUS304 with a 1.2mm to 1.5mm thickness. Each is beautifully handmade with amazing details by professional craftsmen. Titanium Exhaust System FX60RS - Blue The Titanium Exhaust System FX60RS passes safety standards. RS Series targets street driving with the best combination of an increased power and sound levels. Manufactured with 1mm thick titanium, the FX Series Exhaust System achieves a greater weight reduction compared to previous titanium exhausts systems. The surface of the silencer is polished to a mirror smooth finish for premium appearance.    Titanium Exhaust System FX70RR - blue An ultra light titanium exhaust system The weight is 6.2 kg compared with the stock 22.4 kg (with CAT) Manufactured with 1mm thick titanium, FX series exhaust system achieves greater weight reduction compared to previous titanium exhausts. RR system is manufactured for racing use with a diameter of a 70 mm pipe. Replacing the stock exhaust without a CAT, RR is tuned for maximum horsepower. Like the RS series, the surface of the silencer is polished to a mirror smooth finish for a exceptional appearance.  Titanium Exhaust Inner Silencer The Titanium Exhaust Inner Silencer is an integral part with the J’s racing Titanium Exhaust System. Our silencer effectively reduces the sound level by 10 db.  DC5 304R Stainless Rear Tail 60R Made of 1.2mm 304 SUS Stainless, this exhaust is an easy bolt- on to the stock center pipe. The diameter of the main pipe is 60mm and the total weight is 3.7kg compared with the stock weight of 8.5kg. The titanium-like blue gradation distinguishes the 304 SUS series from the conventional stainless products. Primarily designed for performance street driving, the exhaust achieves a great balance of power and the sound level. It comes with a detachable inner silencer.   DC5 C304 SUS Exhaust 60RS Based on the feedback from the titanium exhaust system, this stainless exhaust is created for higher horse power and great throttle response.
With the diameter of the main pipe 60mm, the emphasis is placed on the performance of the mid and top end of the rev.  Exhaust Mount Bush J's Racing toughened exhaust rubber mounting bush produces superior durability. It isolates the exhaust from vibrations from the chassis and contributes to smoother air flow. Price is for one bush.  Exhaust Mount Bush B-type The J’s Racing Exhaust Mount Bush B-type is triangularly shaped to be specifically designed for Honda / Acura vehicles. A toughened exhaust rubber mounting bush isolates the exhaust vibrations from the chassis and provides superior durability and smoother air-flow.  DC5 2-1 front pipe The DC5 2-1 Front Pipe is made of stainless (SUS304). It is manufactured by skilled craftsmen with special attention to every detail. By reducing the exhaust resistance, it improves the power & torque in all rev ranges. Compared to the stock pipe, an extra 12 hp is realized on a dyno pack 2000. Racing use only.    |
